Good Vibrations Festival 2010 is quickly approaching and Black Candy and Jam Music would like to give you the chance to score some free VIP tickets!!!!

After a massive sell out show in 2009, Good Vibrations Festival will return to the Gold Coast Showground Parklands on Saturday February 20, 2010, boasting it's biggest line up to date, with the like of The Killers, Basement Jaxx, Busta Rhymes, Salt-N-Peppa, Armand Van Helden, Friendly Fires and Gossip just to name a few

There is an exciting Collaboration coming out as a result of this year’s Stereosonic circus!

On a dark and stereotypically stormy night, Bob Rifo (the man in the silky mask), took time out with indy darling Katrina of the Cassette Kids (she’s in the background there) up in Byron Bay. As they took time out from the head banging stereosonic tour they got together for a collaboration that is heavily anticipated!

The bi product is said to be a bit of a far stretch from their own genre's, a cutesy sweet transition but no doubt infused with essence of a hard hitting banger, the substance that runs through Bob's Rifo's blood and infects ever one around him.

BLACK CANDY will be bringing this too you shortly...as soon as it comes out!

Friday the 11th of December, Empire was rocked by a German on a mission, determined to let loose on the middle bar d-floor and what a job he did. FUKKK OFFF's heavy bass had the young Empire crowd moving and shaking until the early hours of Friday morning, with such tracks as "I'm a Freak" and "Rave is King" connecting with the crowd and making the sea of people move!!

The next installment of Here Comes The Sun is on its way courtesy of Black candy productions. This end of exams party is shaping up to be a day filled with beautiful people drinking in the pool with dj's over the spa and some shenanigans in the sun. ALso, this marks the launch of summer dress code @ Empire hotel with the arrival of summer you can strip down to your short shorts, loafers and singlets and still get down and dirty at Empire with a sunkissed face after Here Comes The Sun. Also, with one the best lineups for the weekend, a little birdee tells me that Kim(The Presets) and Beni(Riot in belgium) are playing at Monastery....going to be a cracker "Day and Night" I toss and turn wah wah.

In for the kill is one of those terms that can be applied to any sort of situation and it fits perfectly! But in the middle of the smoky haze, the glim light of the dance floor and the madness that is the internal workings of a night club I realised it best describes the packs of beefed up guys wearing tight V Necks to show their hard work at "becoming the best at exercise"(as kenny power puts it), going in for the kill like a pack of wild lions trying to find a sedated and insecure girl before the clock strikes 3am.

If you're still feeling a bit rough after the races or for one reason or not your serotonin is low and you find your self questioning a lot of things listen to these mix's and remix by one of Brisbane's smoothest DJ's Andrew Lynch. It will surely get you ready for the weekend. Andrew has a passion for house, lounge, minimal, tech, nu disco and anything that will make you boogie( the only word that best describes vibing, dancing and grooving!). He is always sampling authentic and different sounds to stay ahead of the game with his producing. He breaks all stereotypes of the rock star dj so if you see him behind the decks of press club or family be sure to say hi to him!

If there is one name that conjures up thoughts of the loosest party shenanigans it's BANG GANG DEEJAYS! who will be rocking it at Family along with residents and a very special guest to be announced. They have even provided buses to eliminate the possibility of getting lost on your way from the races to the valley ( anything is possible after the races!).
